- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
- Minimum of 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel once the booking is made. No refunds can be offered outside of this time limit. Changes are free if you are outside of the time limit.
- Please arrange your own recording device (most mobile phones have recording function).
- Legal Disclaimer:
Readings given by Tarosophia and any of its readers or agents involved in consultation with clients are for entertainment, spiritual and inspirational purposes only;
no guarantee can be given as to the ‘accuracy’ of a reading.
Clients are solely responsible for their own life choices and neither Tarosophia nor any of the Staff nor Agents of Tarosophia will be held accountable nor liable in any way for any interpretations, decisions or actions taken by clients based on information provided or advice sought during readings, however they may or may not prove prejudicial to the client.
Readings should not substitute, nor are suggested, nor intended in any way to replace, overrule, assist, nor compete with any medical, legal, financial and/or psychological or medical advice given to you by any qualified accredited professional in those fields.
Tarosophia explicitly claims within these Terms and Conditions that its Agents and Staff are not qualified in any accredited nor recognized way to comment on such matters, and that any advice sought has no protections at all under Law for legal retort for inaccurate or misleading information or advice given in the delivery of service, as may be the case with accredited professionals in the fields of law, health or finance.
By proceeding with a reading, the client accepts this disclaimer and indemnifies in full Tarosophia and all its Staff and Agents from further liability for any action undertaken by the Client subsequent to a reading with Tarosophia, no matter the contents of that reading. - The first 5 minutes of the reading is considered to be a “grace period”, for both yourself and the reader. You are entitled to stop the reading within the first 5 minutes if you feel the connection is not to your liking or for any other reason. You may request a refund or you can switch to another reader at this stage.
If you decide to continue with your reading after the “grace period” we assume you are satisfied and thereafter are unable to rectify complaints or issue refunds retrospectively.
